The second option sounded so good that you could have added "priceless" at the end. I think even with child I should strive to make a life in pencil day every once in a while. And drag my family along for the ride. It seems that once you have a child your weekends become busier and a lot more fast paced, but worth it. So take the time to enjoy your “life in pencil” weekends now.
